Founder and Tutor
Mark Ferrington

Mark has been serving as the Director of Sixth Form at the UK's top performing Arts Conservatoire ArtsEd in Chiswick, West London since 2013. In addition to his Senior Leadership role, Mark teaches Acting and Musical Theatre to students aged 11-19, preparing them for future studies at prestigious drama, musical theatre, and film schools in England and internationally. Since 2017, Mark has also been enjoying his role as a LAMDA Examiner, where he utilises his extensive knowledge of the syllabus and expectations to assess students' performances and progress.

Mark is a seasoned professional in the world of performing arts and education. He graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BA Hons degree in Performing Arts and then started performing professionally. Mark pursued his passion for education by obtaining a PGCE teaching qualification through the University of Huddersfield. He has since worked with students of all ages in primary, secondary, further, and higher education, specialising in Drama, Dance, and Musical Theatre.

Cathy Bartlett

After completing her training at The Arts Educational Schools London, Cathy embarked on a successful professional career, entertaining audiences in the West End and touring the UK in acclaimed shows such as Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat, Copacabana, and Damn Yankees. In collaboration with her husband Mark, Cathy founded a thriving drama school in Lincolnshire, nurturing the talents of over 120 children and showcasing their skills in dazzling productions throughout the year.

Cathy has taught one to one singing lessons for students of all ages and she also shares her expertise through Masterclasses and workshops for schools in Lincolnshire and Essex. Currently, Cathy oversees all Performing Arts activities at Brentwood School Essex, coordinating concerts, shows, peripatetic lessons, instrumental training, and exam preparation for students aged 4-18.
